You can schedule a tour or apply online at www.ridgeatcastlerock.com. For a guided in-person tour, please arrive at the central leasing office 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You can also call us at (877) 839-9201. Virtual tours are also available — contact the leasing office for details.

To apply, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of income (a general guideline is combined household income of at least two times the monthly rent), and rental history or references. Per Colorado law, you have the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is no more than 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes. If you provide a PTSR, MG Properties is prohibited from charging you a rental application fee or a fee to access or use the PTSR.

Move-in costs include your first month's rent and applicable fees. Ridge at Castle Rock frequently offers move-in specials — contact the leasing office for current promotions. Pet residents will pay a $300 pet deposit (total, one-time), monthly pet rent of $30 per pet, and a one-time Pet DNA fee of $60 per dog.

Ridge at Castle Rock offers flexible lease term options. Renewal notices will be sent 60 days in advance of your lease expiration. A 60-day written notice is required to vacate. If you need to move out early, please contact the leasing office to discuss your options and any applicable fees.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We use Bilt Rewards for rent payments — pay directly through the Bilt app or at biltrewards.com. Payment options include bank account/ACH (no fee), debit card ($9.95 fee per transaction), or credit card (3% fee per transaction). Paying rent through Bilt also earns you Bilt Points redeemable for travel, fitness, dining, and more — even toward a future home purchase. Late fees are posted on the 9th at 5% of the monthly rent amount.

Residents are responsible for gas and electric, paid directly to the utility provider. Water and trash are billed through ConService (a third-party utility billing service) and paid with your rent each month. There is a one-time utility account start-up fee and a one-time final bill fee — no recurring monthly utility admin fee. Residents may use any internet provider of their choice. Before moving in, you will need to complete your lease signing, pay your move-in costs, and provide proof of renter's insurance via the link that will be emailed to you. You will also schedule a move-in appointment with the on-site team, during which a final move-in inspection of the unit will be completed. Keys and gate access credentials will be provided at your move-in appointment.

A 60-day written notice is required prior to your move-out date. Your apartment should be left in clean condition upon vacating. Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear. A deposit accounting statement, along with any applicable refund, will be sent within 60 days of move-out. Please contact the leasing office for a full move-out checklist.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the Bilt app or by contacting the leasing office directly at (877) 839-9201. Residents consistently report quick maintenance response times. For after-hours emergencies such as flooding, gas leaks, no heat, or security issues, call the same leasing office number — Elise AI will answer and escalate your emergency to the on-call team.
